I (Mary) started showing dogs in 1974 with Old English Sheepdogs and a Komondor. In 1983 I was looking for a smaller dog and purchased my first cocker and the rest was history, I was hooked. In January 2007 I took the next step in the sport of dogs and obtained my AKC Judging credentials.
We are a small show kennel dedicated to producing a blend of type, soundness and temperment in our Cocker Spaniels. We plan each litter very carefully, taking into consideration not only the health, temperment and quality of the sire and dam, but also that of several generations. All of our puppies are raised, under foot, in our home.
Carl & I have been owned by Chinese Crested, Miniture Pinschers and an Afghan. Carl got his first cocker in the early 60's and had several Miniature Pinschers that were shown and finished to their championship.
Not every puppy in a litter will be show quality, and occasionally we will have puppies and adults available to approved families as loving companions. All of our companion puppies are sold ONLY on a Limited Registration/Spay-Neuter Contract, and are never released to their new homes until they are at least 10-12 weeks of age.
